The Men of the Mystic Circle
The MysticMen, as they were known, selected their fellow members based on their personal accomplishments, academic excellence, student leadership, affiliation in other prestigious groups and most importantly on their willingness to partake in a little tom-foolery. During an Alumni dinner in 1910 Toast Master Pat Hurley spoke in depth about the clubs existence and it many notable members of the time:
